This modern extension required disabled access, due to illness and the necessity to potentially accommodate a wheelchair in the future. The garden was steeply sloping so we carefully designed a ramp to make access beautiful and practical (with raised herb beds) rather than clinical.

A large roof lantern now brings in a lot more light to the sun-room and a new downstairs bedroom with disabled access en-suite offers views of the garden from the bed – making life much more enjoyable.

We have now successfully obtained planning permission from South Northants Planning. Clare gave us extremely good advice throughout the entire process, and was incredibly sensible with her plans.
