Julia is an Associate Architect who has worked at Clare Nash Architecture since 2015. Her work has been wide-ranging, including barn conversions, alterations to traditional farmhouses and cottages, self-builds, and plans for small developments. She has a keen interest in conservation, and is a member of SPAB (the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings), and has attended many of their lectures and training courses.

Previous experience

Julia’s previous experience includes work for Kéré Architecture in Berlin, where she designed projects using rammed earth and compressed stabilised earth blocks, and Grain Architecture, working on projects using exclusively natural materials, in the UK.
