Our full planning and design service takes you from concept to planning completion. You are then free to appoint your own builder or we can help you with a list of our recommended contractors.

Understanding the planners
Understanding planners can feel a bit like a dark art. We guide you through this process liaising with the planners on your behalf and ensuring that the eventual plans submitted meet all the requirements that will give them the best chance of being approved.
