Her research thesis, which focused on designing inclusive workplaces, was nominated for the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) Dissertation Presidents Medal in 2021. Leah believes in designing healthy and sustainable buildings that are more inclusive, thereby prioritising needs of both people and environment.

Past experience

Previous experience includes a variety of projects varying in scales, including student accommodations, the regeneration of a listed building and house extensions in Leicestershire. Leah is excited to embark on her architectural journey with CNA, a practice that incorporates the ethos that she explored in her thesis. Outside of her work at CNA, Leah enjoys travelling and taking long walks in the countryside whilst listening to podcasts and audiobooks.
