This is about a modern extension with disabled access. Due to illness this home required many changes to potentially accommodate a wheelchair in the future. The garden is steeply sloping. We carefully designed a ramp to make access beautiful and practical (with raised herb beds) rather than clinical. A large roof lantern brings in a lot more light to the sun-room. We created a new downstairs bedroom with disabled access en-suite. This offers views of the garden from the bed to make life much more comfortable.
We have now successfully obtained planning permission from South Northants Planning. Clare gave us extremely good advice throughout the entire process, and was incredibly sensible with her plans. We both felt assured that she was listening to our needs whilst also balancing our demands against her prior successful experiences liaising with South Northants planning. Clare comes with a very high recommendation from us both. We have been given permission for everything that we had on our wish list. This process has been a very positive experience for us. Thank you Clare!
