If you are unfamiliar with the process of engaging an architect, here is a quick guide to what CNA can do for you at each stage. Below the diagram are some drawing examples for each stage and a more in depth description.the process of engaging an architect

4. BUILDING CONTROL Once planning permission is granted, your plans will be needed to be approved by building control. This will require more construction detail and further drawings. CNA use a private building inspector to reduce cost and increase speed.

5. CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS Further detail and construction information is added to drawings to ensure builders are given all the necessary information to make construction run smoothly.

6. TENDER PROCESS Sending out drawings to 3 or more builders for quotes and handling queries.
