  3. We will then go away and produce a Home Appraisal report

The Home Appraisal report will cover the below in answer to common questions received by homeowners:

Can we afford it?

We will give you ball park costings for the size of project as well as suggestions for reducing costs if your budget is smaller.

Will we be able to get planning permission?

The report will provide an investigation into similar projects in the local area which have been approved or refused by planning authorities. We have an excellent planning permission record (53 out of 55 applications submitted) so you can count on us to get this right.

Is it build-able?

Essential advice from consultants (such as structural engineers) to find out as much information we can about the build-ability of your project.

We also provide an off-site assessment of local site conditions and potential building problems as well as potential ways of overcoming these.

Then you will have all the information you need to move knowledgeably forward and make the best decision for you
