I recently found time to visit Bec’s Coffee in Bridgnorth which has been open since May 2013. Clare Nash Architecture worked on this cafe refurbishment with the proprietor to obtain planning permission for change of use from a shop to a cafe. We also obtained listed building consent as well as building control approval. For such a small space many different authorities needed to be consulted including environmental health.
